By car.  There is no parking at the Tower of London itself. In addition to the Tower Hill car park in Lower Thames Street noted in the link above and detailed here, there is another near the Tower - the Minories multi-storey car park, details of which may be found hereBoth provide cheap parking after 1330 on Saturdays and all day on Sundays and public holidays.

Accessibility. Information on accessibility for visitors to the Tower of London who have mobility needs or visual impairments may be found here. Unfortunately, there are several steps down into the main Chapel of St Peter ad Vincula and there is no wheelchair access. Similarly, the Chapel of St John the Evangelist is on the third floor of the White Tower and is not accessible by wheelchair.
